1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

After processing, orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days. This means your total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order is:

5 to 11 business days total.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at hugoperezcascallo271022@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

AquaZone is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. However, if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address
