Our 60-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect or issue with your order, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.


Return Eligibility Requirements

We want to be transparent: we have strict return conditions to ensure fairness for all our customers. To be eligible for a return, every one of the following conditions must be met without exception:

  • The item must be completely unused — it must never have been worn, tested, assembled, or operated in any way.
  • The item must be in perfect, flawless condition — no scratches, scuffs, dents, marks, odors, stains, or any sign of use or handling beyond opening the package.
  • The item must include all original packaging, which must also be in perfect condition — untorn, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and components must be present and attached.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.

If any of these conditions are not fully met, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you.


How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos clearly showing the item's condition, original packaging, and all included components. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hugoperezcascallo271022@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Damage reported after 72 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a claim.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care or hygiene goods (beauty products, etc.).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, return your original purchase (subject to the eligibility conditions above) and place a new separate order once your return is approved.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Your item must still meet all the return eligibility conditions stated above (unused, perfect condition, original packaging, with receipt).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hugoperezcascallo271022@gmail.com.
